* Rabies, and FVRCP are required for any cat coming in for surgery.

Males (neuter) Fee: (includes post-op pain medication and E-collar) $85.00

Females (spay) Fee: (includes post-op pain medication and E-collar) $85.00

** additional fees for in heat, pregnant, hernia or any additional medications

1. Registration process: Email ARK Animal Rescue arksaves@gmail.com the following information: Owner’s full name, home address/city/zip code, and contact phone number. Cat name, DOB/age, breed, weight, color, and proof of vaccinations.
2. Appointment process (depending on proof of vaccinations)

1. If vaccines are up-to-date, please email them to ARK.
2. With proof of vaccinations, we will contact you to schedule the surgery.
3. If vaccines are NOT up-to-date, we can assist you in scheduling an appointment ARK’s low-cost vaccine clinic(s) or you can schedule an appointment with your veterinarian.
4. Low-cost vaccine clinic registration fee(s):

One pet $10.00 Two pets $15.00 and Three-four pets $25.00

Rabies $ 18.00 and Feline FVRCP or feline distemper combo $18.00

** the cost to spay and neuter a cat at a private veterinarian is between $200 -$400

3. A $45 deposit is due at the time of scheduling for all feline (cat) surgeries. The deposit will be applied to your final bill. The deposit is refundable if the appointment is cancelled within 72 hours.
