Female (spay) Fees: (includes post-op pain medication and E-collar) $150.00
** additional fees for in heat, pregnant, or cryptorchid, nail trimming and any additional medications
Registration process: Email ARK Animal Rescue arksaves@gmail.com the following information: Owner’s full name, home address/city/zip code, and contact phone number. Dog name, DOB/ age, breed, weight, color and proof of vaccinations.

If vaccines are up-to-date, please email them to ARK.
With proof of vaccinations, we will contact you to schedule the surgery.
If vaccines are NOT up-to-date, we can assist you in scheduling an appointment ARK’s low-cost vaccine clinic(s) or you can schedule an appointment with your veterinarian.
Low-cost vaccine clinic registration fee(s):
One pet $10.00 Two pets $15.00 and Three-four pets $25.00
Rabies $ 18.00 Distemper $18.00 and Bordetella $22.00
** the cost to spay and neuter a dog at a private veterinarian is between $400 -$900
A $75 deposit is due at the time of scheduling for all canine (dog) surgeries. The deposit will be applied to your final bill. The deposit is refundable if the appointment is cancelled within 72 hours.
